Although the Quebec cannabis market has been slow to legalize home growing and high quality extracts, some of their LPs are producing true fire. Tribal’s Gelato Mint is smooth and clean with a sweet, mint tail end in a smoke. At a reasonable price point this cultivar is worth a try.
This weed will give you a mellow, relaxed feeling without too much in the way of cerebral effects. Some would describe it as couch-lock but it’s milder than that. It would be great for pain relief. Dominant terpenes are caryophyllene, limonene, myrcene, and farnesene but overall the aroma is minty and fresh with hints of pine.
The genetics on this cannabis according to Tribal themselves involve a cross between Cookies and Cream and something called “It’s It.” The grower also uses lower temperatures to increase trichome density, which is just a cool feature of this plant.
