For those on a budget Royal City brought two cultivars to market at a discount earlier this year. Royal Goddess, an Apple Jack x Godbud cross made waves especially when it came in a one ounce cola format. The other strain they came out with is called Orange Hill Special. It’s a terpinolene-forward cross of Orange Bud and Californian Orange grown from seed in Guelph by the team at Royal City.
Recently WeedMD purchased the parent company of Royal City. For many cannabis fans part of Royal City’s initial appeal was its employee ownership structure.
